OUR DEFINITION

Interculturalism is defined as:

  • the teaching and learning of the values,
    attributes, skills and knowledge related to
    aspects of culture that define our identity
    including: age, race, religion, nationality,
    gender and sexuality.

Interculturally competent individuals:

  • are active local and global citizens within multicultural societies,
  • engage with those who are similar and different,
  • are reflective and open-minded.

This Vision encompasses all that the school strives for. We want to ensure that our students have access to the highest standards of International Education whilst retaining many aspects of their own culture and history. We hope that our students will recognise their roles and responsibilities both locally and also as Global Citizens.

To be the leading educators in thinking, leadership and innovation within a bilingual setting; where respect for Thai Culture is nurtured and global awareness is fostered.
